Kristen and Lindsey are such a joy and are absolutely wonderful. If you have any questions,problems, a last minute rental and or anything that comes to mind they always are there to reassure you everything will be fine and just go enjoy your rental. They represent Enterprise to the fullest in the best way possible. I see myself never going nowhere but to them in Burns Harbor. Thank you Enterprise for hiring them . We have a very long relationship with your company and are looking forward to many more years to come.
In my book they are a 5+. Always experience the best customer service and have been upgraded many times. I would not even consider going anywhere else.
Have rented same time last three summers. Past was great. This year the young lady was fine but the young man was condescending and obnoxious. No followup call after I dropped off the night before like past years

Would be a 5 star review, but there location is hard to find and difficult to get into at times. The location is a trailer in the back lot of a car dealership, and the dealership likes to park cars where ever they like, making it very difficult to get to enterprises part of the lot. Otherwise excellent staff, great service, reasonable prices
