Just bought a car from Craig at Arnell. Wow, it was so easy and painless. Craig knew exactly what I wanted and went over my financing options in an easy to understand manner. All in all, I was in and out in less than an hour! I highly recommend Arnell for buying a used car.
It was all positive, went very smooth. I always get stressed when making large purchases but this time it went really smooth, no stress. Kayla was a really nice sales person. Hope the service is as good in the service dept. will let you know.
Every experience I have had with Arnell has been exceptional. They stand out as the best car dealership I have ever dealt with, and by a large margin. They have repeatedly exceeded my expectations. I would also add that my Chevy Volt, and been an extraordinary car. The engineering and performance of this vehicle are way beyond what I had hoped for. My wife and I love the car and really enjoy the super quiet ride and the economical operation. My next car will be a Chevy Volt from Arnell.
I am disappointed with my service I received today on 02/10/16. I pulled up to the entrance of the service bay area and the man behind the counter never open the bay door for me to get inside, I did wait for a couple of minutes to see if he would but he never did to where i had to walk in the snow to get inside to the counter. Once inside the area, found out that instead of walking in and getting an oil change done like usual, their policies had change and I had to schedule an appointment to get one done. Since they had nothing available and I had to get one done, I walked out and took my business else. However, I felt most disrespected by the fact that as I walked out to my car in the snow, the guy behind the counter finally open the service bay door. I have been a long time customer for services on my car, but I never had a negative experience until today. I am not sure if I will return for future repairs or not
